Howard J. Burger, Esq.
Howard J. Burger, Esq., has been practicing law for over 40 years and is licensed in both New Jersey and New York. He graduated from Tufts University, B.S., Boston University Law School, J.D., and New York University, L.L.M.
In addition to practicing law, he has obtained extensive practical experience in construction law and real estate by acting as developer, general contractor, and manager of several office buildings, shopping centers, and residential units.
He was a founder and director of the Enterprise Bank for over 20 years which successfully merged into SB One Bancorp at the end of 2018.
Selected as a court appointed attorney to represent clients before the Surrogate Court in both Union County and Essex County NJ.
He previously served as Zoning Board attorney for Kenilworth, NJ.
Glenn E. Gelband, Esq. – Of Council
Glenn E. Gelband, Esquire, has been practicing law for over 30 years and is licensed in both New Jersey (admitted in 1991) and New York (admitted in 1987).
He graduated from Boston University, B.A.; Emory University School of Law, J.D.; Emory University (Goizueta) Business School, MBA; and College of Financial Planning, Greenwood Village, CFP. He was counsel on a successful, published and cited appellate division matter (O.P. v.L.G.-P).
Mr. Gelband previously served as a member of the District 12 Fee Arbitration Committee (2014-2018), and served as a panel chair. He has been a volunteer on the Union County Early Settlement Panel since 2004; and has served as a court appointed economic mediator since 2006.
He is currently on the board of a New York City condominium
